Scheduling Your Appointment

WestsideOMS is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm and Friday from 8:00 am until 2:00 pm. Typically, we reserve our mornings for surgeries and do consultations in the afternoon. We will make every attempt to schedule your appointment in the timeliest manner possible. If you have pain or an emergency situation, we will try to bring you in same-day.

We aim to stay on schedule to minimize your wait time, but occasionally situations arise that make this difficult. Because Dr. Dhadli provides many types of surgical services, it is possible that the time allocated for an appointment may need to be lengthened. In addition, emergency cases may also cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience. Please know that we value your time and do our best to see you at your scheduled time.

When you call to schedule an initial appointment, we will ask you for personal information to enter you into our system, including your contact information, the names of your doctor and dentist, your dental and medical insurance information, medications you may be on, and any medical problems or allergies that you may have. Please be sure to alert the office if you have a medical condition such as diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial joints or heart valves, or history of stroke. Additionally, please let us know of any medications you may be taking, including blood thinners such as Coumadin and Warfarin. Your health and safety is our primary concern and we appreciate your cooperation.

We are a referral-based practice and do require a referral to be on file before you can be seen. We can contact your dentist or physician to request this, if necessary. If your dentist or physician has taken x-rays, you may request they be forwarded to our office. If additional films are needed, they can be taken at our facility.

Your initial appointment with us will consist of an examination and consultation explaining your diagnosis and treatment options. Occasionally, surgery can be performed the same day as a consultation. Patients who wish to undergo general anesthesia, as well as patients who have a complex medical history or complex treatment plan, will be required to first have a consultation and then schedule treatment on another day.

Important: All patients receiving general anesthesia must be accompanied by an adult who must remain in the waiting room in the office for the duration of the procedure. All patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at the consultation visit. Please plan accordingly when scheduling.
